Applications are not being accepted at this time

Thank you for visiting Boggle Bros!

We are not accepting new applications at this time and have taken a hiatus from new pairings. We do plan to return in the near future, however, we will no longer have large offerings of litters. Our goal when the rattery was started was to be a small scale, family run rattery. We are so grateful to the outpouring of support we received when we opened our doors to public adoptions! Genuinely, thank you all for making BBR such a big name, so quickly. We sincerely appreciate it.

Due to the high volume of demand, we began breeding to meet that demand. It was not the fault of our customers, but our need to satisfy the increased interest that led to this. Between running a rattery, starting a full time job and embarking on a new educational journey, I became overwhelmed juggling all of this at once. The quality of my projects slipped, the quality of care slipped, keeping up with adopters and babies became a chore over something I loved.

I decided to take a hiatus from breeding, and made the call that if and when I returned to the hobby and animals that I love, it would be the small scale, quality driven project that drove me to do this in the first place. We will have babies again, but it will not be to the same scale.

The future of BBR is 1 pairing at a time, 2-4 publicly available babies at a time, 1-2 adopters at a time, and solid, dependable lines over variety.

If your timeline for adopting from us is flexible and you’re seeking that one-on-one experience, we still encourage you to apply when applications open back up. We understand that this will not work for everyone and will list other ratteries who manage their scale and variety expertly for you to reach out to for a quicker response and to select from a larger pool of quality babies.

Thank you all for you support and dedication to BBR. We are so profoundly appreciative and will work hard to be the rattery we think you deserve. We look forward to opening our doors once again, in the future.
